In the past, we have found that the advanced purchase of appliances can force a plan that is less than optimal. Small differences in height, width, etc., can eliminate design and space options. Based on our experience and your preferences, we will be happy to recommend appliances that you can purchase from a “wholesaler” once you know exactly what will fit and work best.
Finally, it’s really important to delay delivery of any new appliances until your remodeling installation is complete. This way your new appliances are not subject rigors of the demolition and construction process.
Commercial Appliances
Please, BEFORE you purchase, consult with your Sparta Trades Kitchens and Baths designer to understand the specific issues related to commercial appliances, such as the following:
- Safety clearances
- Size and mass of the equipment
- Larger ventilation, requiring larger vent hole through roof or siding
- Extra heat generated
- Electrical circuit and breaker requirements
- Size and sound of compressors
